Surkh currently delivers across Pakistan. Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Other Cities and Remote Areas: 3–6 working days

Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly mentioned at checkout. Any free shipping promotions will be communicated separately through official channels.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. Customers are requested to provide accurate contact details and delivery information to ensure successful order fulfillment.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. Surkh is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
